Anna

Anna Gilchrist

HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN
Anna studied a Masters in Earth Sciences at the University of Oxford and her journey with Green Lithium began with a successful internship during the summer of 2022, where she demonstrated her commitment to sustainable practices, working on green uses of offtake material. After completing her final year at Oxford, she has joined us as an Assistant Process Engineer. She particularly enjoys her work at Green Lithium due to the company's strong emphasis on environmental values and cherishes the opportunity to draw upon the extensive knowledge and expertise of her colleagues to drive positive change in the industry. Anna lives in Cornwall – hence the spectacular scenery in the photograph!

Max Hunt

Corporate Development Manager
Max joined us in January 2023, after embarking on the well-trodden path of Kiwis seeking new experiences and opportunities in London. After completing his Finance and Accounting degree Max started his career with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms where he worked in the Corporate Finance and Private Business teams, while also becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA). When Max arrived in the United Kingdom, he was unsure of his next career step. With no previous experience in mining or chemical engineering, the chance to be part of an early-stage business seeking to build one of Europe’s first lithium refineries and enable our planet’s transition to sustainable energy was too good to miss out on. Max is our Corporate Development Manager, a role that sees him collaborating closely with our CEO, CFO and external advisors. His primary focus is on fundraising and strategy, while maintaining essential investor relations. In the fast-paced and agile environment of Green Lithium, Max has rolled up his sleeves and continues to grow in his role as our business develops. Outside of work Max enjoys travelling and has a passion for the ocean where he holds his Rescue SUBA license. Other active hobbies include skiing, golf and rugby although the latter is as a spectator these days.
Charlotte

Charlotte Anderson

Finance Manager
Charlotte joined Green Lithium in November 2022 as our Finance Manager. Charlotte left school at sixteen and went straight into an apprenticeship, gaining her Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification with the North-East Chamber of Commerce whilst working at Aircon Refrigeration Limited. She then progressed to complete her Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification with Kaplan Financial whilst working at Seqens Customer Specialities. Charlotte is from and still lives in Teesside. After her last role travelling the world she jumped at the chance for a job closer to home and is passionate about the regeneration of the area. One of her least comfortable moments whilst working here was when she unwittingly found herself the wrong side of a TV camera unexpectedly playing a starring role in one of our news pieces in the region. We’re not sure she’s forgiven us yet! Charlotte is Green Lithium’s resident foodie and is constantly talking (and thinking) about food, she likes to live a balanced life and insists it fuels her strength training at the gym.
