Key information regarding our pilot plant fundraise:
- We have established a Technical Development Centre to produce lithium chemicals using our cleaner refining process.
- Now we are seeking funds to complete the development of a pilot plant within our UK-based Technical Development Centre.
- Our pilot plant will produce both lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide and will operate a continuous ‘closed-loop’ circuit.
- It will showcase a flowsheet that brings major sustainability/performance benefits over conventional acid-roast refining.
- The pilot plant will inform design/development of a future demonstration plant and ultimately large-scale commercial refining.

We have selected commercialised equipment, developed unique flowsheet IP, received our major construction permit and built key lithium supply chain relationships. We are unassailably ahead of new lithium market entrants and are now ready to accelerate through 2025–2026 commercialisation.
