Lead with purpose

Overview
We are dedicated to accomplishing our goals through our people and our purpose.

To date, we've assembled an integrated delivery team of over 100 people. This includes the core in-house leadership team and an embedded roster of industry-leading commercial delivery partners.

To achieve our ambition of building the UK's first and greenest chemical lithium hydroxide refinery, we knew that we'd need to put together an exceptional team capable of delivering. And that's exactly what we have done.

Our project is headed up by a highly-effective board and in-house execution team, who have a wealth of industry experience in each of their respective fields and proven senior leadership records.

A project such as ours must be strategically addressed and tactically managed, which requires a combination of experienced people and the right delivery partners enabled for success. We have made these principles front and centre of our execution strategy by ensuring that our people, our processes and our systems are all geared towards successful delivery. To date, we have attracted and will continue to work to attract the best possible talent.
