A key member of the team since inception, Guy brings technical and strategic expertise with a deep knowledge of the international lithium industry and prior industry experience working for Barrick, Rio Tinto and Wood.

Derryth Young

Engineering Director

Project development professional with extensive management experience on mining, chemical and battery metal projects covering project scopes from feasibility through to construction and operations.

Michael Howe

BScEng

Project Manager

Mechanical engineer with 16 years' experience in both brownfield and greenfield major projects within the oil and gas industry, across a broad spectrum of project delivery functions such as project management, engineering, construction and commissioning.

Rob Smith

Senior Process Engineer

Process engineer with experience across a broad range of subjects including process technology development and scale-up, process modelling, economic evaluation, and detailed design.

PA & Office Manager

Over 30 years of PA and administrative experience, supporting senior management in the construction and oil and gas industries, and most recently within an NHS Trust.
